The internet erupted when Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted out on a date Wednesday. The two were seen in New York City going to the movies to see The Hunger Games. Kardashian was also seen leaving West's building the next day wearing the same clothes from the previous night. They later met up for a lunch date at Seraphina and went shopping together at FAO Schwartz.

For years their have been rumors that Kardashian and West dated and West's ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, even said that Kardashian was the reason that they broke up.

This morning on the Today Show Kardashian was asked if she and West are a couple.

Kanye and I have been friends for years, Kardashian said. You never know what the future holds.

For West's part, he seems to be smitten with Kardashian. In his new song, Theraflu, he raps about her.

And I'll admit, I fell in love with Kim...Around the time she had fell in love with him...Well that's cool, baby girl, do ya thang...Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team.

And while Kardashian said she doesn't read the gossip about herself anymore, she told the Today Show that she likes West's new song.

I haven't looked on the Internet in a while, Kardashian said. It's a new rule of mine.

I like the song, she continued.
