  • Kardashian said her controversial advice to women in business "was taken out of context"

Kim Kardashian is unfazed by ex-husband Kanye West's online rants, a report says.

Tensions between the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum and the rapper began to rise when Kardashian started dating Pete Davidson in the fall of last year. Since then, West has publicly attacked Kardashian and Davidson on social media, including criticizing her style of parenting.

Now, the Skims mogul is "very much over the public drama" brought on by the Grammy winner, an anonymous source told People, adding that Kardashian "has moved on and is very happy."

Despite their disagreements, Kardashian and West do speak regularly when it comes to co-parenting their four children — North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.

The reality star also "makes sure that he can see the kids whenever he wants to," the source added.

Kardashian's and West's reps have not responded to requests for comment, according to the outlet.

Last month, Kardashian opened up about co-parenting with her ex during an interview with Vogue. She shared that she wanted to be her "co-parent's biggest cheerleader" in front of the kids.

"You could be so hurt or angry at your ex, but I think in front of the kids, it always has to be 'Your dad's the best,'" she explained. "Make sure you are your co-parent's biggest cheerleader, no matter what you're personally going through."

Meanwhile, the KKW Beauty founder also recently addressed the backlash she received over her advice to women in business to "get your f--king ass up and work" in a Variety profile.

During a sit-down interview for "Good Morning America," which will be included in an ABC Primetime Special on the Kardashian-Jenner family airing on April 6, Kardashian said her statement "was taken out of context," according to People.

The reality star explained that she never intended to put women down with her original comment, saying: "It wasn't a blanket statement towards women or to feel like I don't respect the work or think that they don't work hard."

"I know that they do," she added. "But I'm really sorry if it was received that way."

The mom of four clarified her point by sharing the true advice she meant to give during the interview.

"The advice that I would give is just that having a social media presence and being on a reality show does not mean overnight success," Kardashian said. "And you have to really work hard to get there, even if it might seem like it's easy and that you can build a really successful business off of social media. And you can, if you put in a lot of really hard work."

During the Variety interview, Kardashian said that it "seems like nobody wants to work these days."

"You have to surround yourself with people that want to work," she added. "Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do because you have one life."

Among those who criticized Kardashian over her controversial business advice was Jameela Jamil. The actress dismissed the reality star's comments, writing on Twitter: "I think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion… nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success/work ethic."
