Kim Kardashian Upset Over Bruce Jenner Saying Kanye West Isn't Around For Pregnancy: Report [VIDEO]

The Kardashian gals might be swooning over Kim’s boyfriend Kanye West, but that doesn’t mean Olympian Bruce Jenner is a fan. The patriarch of the reality television family said he met the rapper only once, an apparent false claim that has reportedly hurt his stepdaughter.

According to TMZ, Jenner’s assertion that he’s only met West once is simply not true. The celebrity news site came up with at least four occasions where Kardashian’s stepfather and boyfriend were both present: at Kourtney's baby shower in May 2012, at a taping of "The X Factor" in November 2012, at a Clippers game in December 2012, and also at the Kardashian family Christmas party.

A source told the celebrity news site the 32-year-old expectant starlet is upset about Jenner’s interview because it makes it sound like West doesn’t care about her family. Jenner once told TMZ he wasn’t “that excited” when Kardashian started dating the rapper because it was so soon after she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries.

This news contradicts what the 63-year-old former athlete said Friday about the rapper not really being involved in Kardashian’s pregnancy. Jenner told the Extra host Maria Menounos, "Actually, I have only met him once," and added with a chuckle. "He's never … he's not around. He was in Paris the whole time writing, and he just hasn't been around."

Kardashian's stepbrother Brody Jenner, who is best known for “Laguna Beach,” said he hasn’t met West at all but also made sure to tell Menounos he has heard nothing but good about the 35-year-old rapper.

Brody joined “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” for its eight season. He said he rarely appeared on the show because he wasn’t close with his father, but as they worked on their relationship it only made sense he would join the cast since his father is a regular.

“Over the years as I was a kid, I hate to say it, but Bruce wasn't around all the time,” Brody explained. “He was sometimes, but we started hanging out and developing a relationship, and his whole life is on television.”
