‘Kissing Booth’ Actor Jacob Elordi Flies Solo In NYC After Kaia Gerber Split

Jacob Elordi flew solo in New York City after breaking up with Kaia Gerber.

The 24-year-old Australian actor was spotted in the Big Apple Thursday donning sweatpants and an over-sized coat. He also had a baseball hat and a pair of sunglasses on, according to E! News.

His public sighting comes around the same time when a source confirmed his split with the 20-year-old model.

“Kaia Gerber and Jacob Elordi have broken up. Their split is amicable,” the source exclusively told Entertainment Tonight.

It’s not yet clear what caused the two stars to call it quits as representatives for each have not responded to requests for comment.

Prior to the confirmation of their breakup, fans were already speculating about their split after Gerber started taking down photos of the “Kissing Booth” actor from her Instagram.

The last post that featured Elordi was the one that contained a series of black and white snaps from Gerber’s 20th birthday party in September. One picture showed the actor playfully grabbing the model’s bosom as both of them flashed big smiles to the camera.

A few days after the party, Elordi and Gerber made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Opening Gala in Los Angeles, as per Page Six.

At the event, the “American Horror Story” actress looked stunning in a sleeveless sparkling gold Celine by Hedi Slimane dress. On the other hand, the “Euphoria” actor was dapper in his black Celine Homme tuxedo by the same designer.

Elordi and Gerber first sparked dating rumors when they were seen together in September 2020 in Malibu. Shortly after, they made their relationship public by showing it off on Instagram a month later.

For Halloween 2020, Elordi dressed up as Elvis Presley, while Gerber channeled the late music icon’s wife, Priscilla Presley.

In her June/July 2021 cover story with Vogue, Gerber opened up about their romantic relationship and how special it was to her.

“Being able to be with someone I trust, where we don't want anything from each other, having a safe, steady relationship like that, has really opened my eyes to the possibilities of love and what it feels like to love without conditions,” she told the magazine.

“Lust is touching other people or wanting them, but love is really seeing someone,” she added.

Prior to Elordi, Gerber dated Pete Davidson. On the other hand, the actor was previously linked to Zendaya after his highly publicized romance with Joey King.
