'Kissing Booth' Star Jacob Elordi, Kaia Gerber Make Red Carpet Debut As A Couple

Kaia Gerber and Jacob Elordi have made their red carpet debut as a couple.

Gerber, 20, and Elordi, 24, stepped out together at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures opening gala in Los Angeles on Saturday evening.

For the ultra-glam event, the lookalike daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford donned a sleeveless asymmetrical sparkling gold Celine gown. She accessorized with earrings and a necklace from Tiffany's Victoria collection, as well as the company's Soleste ring and Embrace ring, E! News reported.

Meanwhile, the "Kissing Booth" actor looked dapper in a black tux from Celine Homme by Hedi Slimane.

Photos from the event showed the couple cozying up together on the red carpet. Gerber was also photographed smiling while lovingly gazing up at her boyfriend.

Ava DuVernay, Ryan Murphy and Jason Blum co-chaired the gala, which honored Sophia Loren and filmmaker Haile Gerima. Bob Iger, Tom Hanks and Annette Bening were also recognized for their fundraising efforts for the museum.

Also present at the event were Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry, Olivia Rodrigo, Lady Gaga, Nicole Kidman, Selma Blair, Halle Berry, Meg Ryan and Cher, among many other celebrities.

Their red carpet debut as a couple comes months after Elordi and Gerber made their relationship Instagram official in November 2020.

For Halloween last year, the duo channeled Elvis Presley and his ex-wife Priscilla Presley. Elordi donned a blue suit with a white collar and a pair of aviator glasses, while Gerber sported a skin-tight purple top and matching pants that she accessorized with retro winged black eyeliner and voluminous hair.

"Being able to be with someone I trust, where we don't want anything from each other, having a safe, steady relationship like that, has really opened my eyes to the possibilities of love and what it feels like to love without conditions," Gerber told Vogue in a previous interview about her relationship with the "Euphoria" actor. "Lust is touching other people or wanting them, but love is really seeing someone."

The couple sparked dating rumors in September 2020. They were spotted together in multiple outings, including dinner at Nobu in Malibu. A source told Entertainment Tonight at the time that they spent two hours at the restaurant and left together in his Range Rover, heading to her home.

Another anonymous insider told People that Elordi has "embraced Kaia's Malibu life and seems to love it as much as she does."

"They rarely leave Malibu and instead enjoy the beach, go hiking and meet up with friends for dinner," the insider added. "Jacob is very sweet to Kaia. They are always very loving and cute together. It's obvious that Cindy and Rande approve of Jacob too. They spend a lot of time together."

Elordi previously dated his "Kissing Booth" co-star Joey King. He was also romantically linked to his "Euphoria" co-star Zendaya prior to confirming his relationship with Gerber.
