Summertime is here and the students are ready to flaunt their summer uniforms. On the first day of school, Komi arrives in her new uniform.

The official Twitter account of the anime has shared the synopsis of "Komi Can't Communicate" Episode 5. It suggests everyone is acting differently around Komi and she wonders if there is something weird about her.

In Episode 4 of the "Komi Can't Communicate" anime, Komi and the other students were lining up for physical examination. Seeing Komi getting ready for her turn, her classmates fought with each other to get a glimpse of the Madonna of the school.

Meanwhile, Yadano Makeru, who hated losing, wanted to achieve something in the physical examination. She wanted to beat Komi. Tadano saw Yadano eyeing Komi in a weird way.

The medical exam was divided into four parts – eyesight, height, weight and sitting weight. She started to strategize how to beat the most beautiful girl in the class.

Yadano was confident but she got the shock of her life when Komi defeated her without even uttering a word.

The next part of the episode revolved around Ren Yamai, who was one of the most fashionable girls in the class.

"At a high school full of unique characters, Tadano helps his shy and unsociable classmate Komi reach her goal of making friends with 100 people," read the official series synopsis, according to Netflix.

Fans can watch "Komi Can't Communicate" Episode 5 on Netflix and TV Tokyo this Thursday. The episode will stream in Japanese with English subtitles on Netflix.
