Kourtney Kardashian Breaks Down Over Scott Disick, Chloe Bartoli Pictures [VIDEO]

Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian has put on a brave face amid her breakup with Scott Disick. In the upcoming episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” her emotional breakdown is finally revealed for the first time. [Scroll down for video]

“I’ve worked so hard to keep this family together,” says Kourtney as she wipes away tears. Her emotional talk with her sister Kim Kardashian is seen in a trailer shared by the show's official Facebook account. In the video, Kourtney pours her heart out after her mom, Kris, Jenner, shows her the now infamous Monaco pics.

Kris is seen scrolling through her phone while looking at photos of Scott canoodling with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli. The photos made the rounds on tabloids and cyberspace back in early July, shortly before Kourtney and Scott called it quits.

This upcoming episode will finally reveal what took place behind closed doors, when Kourtney saw the photos. On social media and in interviews with members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kourtney appears to be holding up pretty well. She herself has been showing off a lot of fun moments with her sisters, her friends and her kids. To top it all off, she has managed to get a really rocking revenge body.

The truth behind how she’s really coping with the breakup will finally be revealed. She and Scott were together for over nine years before calling it quits. They share three children named Mason, 5, Penelope, 3 and Reign, 9 months. The children are staying with Kourtney, but Scott has frequently been seen visiting and hanging out with them.

Kris, who appears completely upset and angry in the video, has recently admitted that she still wants the couple to fix their issues. She said that she remains hopeful because she knows that Scott is a good father and he loves Kourtney.
