Kourtney Kardashian Robbed In The Hamptons: ‘Keeping Up' Star Reports Money Missing From Home
For the second time this year, reality-TV star Kourtney Kardashian and her longtime boyfriend, Scott Disick, have been robbed. The crime, which occurred in the “Keeping Up with the Kardashian” star’s rented Hamptons home, is being labeled as an “inside job," TMZ reports.
The Southampton Town Police said the couple, who are currently in New York filming their spinoff series “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons,” had a briefcase filled with $4,000 stolen from their bedroom between July 1 and 4. Police said no other possessions were stolen and that the home showed no signs of forced entry.
Sources revealed to TMZ that Kardashian, 35, currently pregnant with the couple’s third child, insists the culprit is someone close to her reality-TV family.
The latest Kardashian robbery comes just five months after Kardashian and Disick, 31, reported a whopping $50,000 had been stolen from their home in Calabasas, California, following one of her paid appearances. The couple have since moved, taking up residence in former NFL star Keyshawn Jackson’s $10 million home in Calabasas' Estate at the Oaks Community.
“We're told Kourtney left the money in a safe place in the house for a couple days,” TMZ reported of the first robbery. “When she finally went to deposit the loot, it was gone.”
At the time of the incident, TMZ reported that police believed Kardashian’s missing cash might have been taken by the same individual responsible for robbing her sister Khloe Kardashian Odom’s Tarzana, California, abode.
“Cops plan to question people who had access to Kourtney’s house around the time of the theft, and they’ll give special attention to people who ALSO had access to Khloe’s house,” said the gossip site.
Kardashian Odom’s robbery, which consisted of the loss of $250,000 worth of her ex-husband, Lamar Odom’s jewelry, was featured on a Season 9 episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” in June.
“‘Who was f---ing with my safe?” Kardashian Odom said after returning to her home she once shared with the NBA star to pack, only to find his possessions missing. “We are in the middle of my move and I just discover that someone selectively took the majority of Lamar’s jewelry. I feel horrible. I feel, like, disgusted. I don’t know why someone would steal from me."
