Kristen Stewart Reportedly Drops Out Of Latest Film And Will Be A No-Show At Her 'On the Road' Premiere In London
While actor Robert Pattinson will have his first interview since news broke of Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal on "The Daily Show" next week, actress Kristen Stewart could be too ashamed to face the public. She has bowed out of her 'On the Road' premiere in London next Thursday.
It is likely Stewart also opted to skip the London premiere as her co-star, Tom Sturridge, is Pattinson's best friend.
She also reportedly dropped out of her latest film 'Cali,' according to the Daily Mail. The film is about lovers Mya (Stewart) and Chris (Alex Pettyfer) who run away after selling a fake snuff film, only to return to Los Angeles years later to rescue the woman's younger sister from a bad mob.
"After everything that has been said, and in light of the revelations that she cheated on Robert with director Rupert Sanders, she's running scared at the moment," a source told Radar Online
At the end of July, UsWeekly showed exclusive pictures of 22-year-old actress Kristen Stewart kissing her "Snow White and the Huntsmen" director, Rupert Sanders, 41, whose wife, Liberty Ross played Stewart's mother in the film. Ross and Sanders have two children together.
Since the incident, Ross' wife, 34 year old model Liberty Ross, deleted her Twitter account to maintain her privacy, but not before tweeting : "Wow."While Stewart said the incident with Sanders was just a "momentary indiscretion," it was later revealed that this may have been more than just a one-time hook up.
Leopold Ross, the film director's brother-in-law, told the U.K.'s The People that the affair actually lasted "from the last half of filming and all through post-production..."
But it seems that Liberty Ross does not plan to divorce Sanders. Though photos were snapped of her without her wedding ring, she wants to understand why her husband cheated and work on a reconciliation, according to TMZ.
