Kylie Jenner has cleared up all the rumors regarding her health and revealed why she skipped Paris Fashion Week.

The 22-year-old reality TV star shared a personal update on social media saying that she is really sick and unable to travel. In her message to her fans, the makeup mogul said that she was ready to visit Paris for the Balmain show at Paris Fashion Week but unfortunately got so ill that she had to miss the show.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star was going to Paris for the launch of her makeup collaboration with Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing.

But her illness is not stopping her from posting on social media.

Taking it to Instagram, Jenner posted a photo to promote her Kylie Cosmetics collaboration with Balmain to her 147 million followers. Three hours after the first post, the Forbes’ youngest self-made billionaire shared a video and revealed how her collection was launching this Friday. She motivated her fans to stay tuned to her Instagram stories for more details.

Yesterday, it was reported that Jenner was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital with serious flu symptoms. TMZ reported that she was taken to the hospital with symptoms including dizziness and nausea.

Another report by E! News confirmed that Jenner is indeed in the hospital but doing great under the supervision of doctors. The business mogul also missed this year’s Emmy Awards ceremony due to her illness. Later, a source confirmed the media outlet that she missed the star-studded ceremony because of deteriorating health.

Jenner was supposed to present the Outstanding Reality Competition award with her sisters, Kendall Jenner, and Kim Kardashian. However, only Kim and Kendall walked out to the stage to hand out the trophy.

Before presenting the award, both the personalities delivered a small speech about how significant reality TV has been for them and their family. They shared that compelling television comes from people telling their stories, unscripted and unfiltered.

The comments were met with laughter from the audience present at the ceremony but US Weekly later reported that the laughter did not faze the stars.

“Kim and Kendall were good sports about it. The line was supposed to be funny. They were not bothered by people laughing,” a source told the publication.
