Kylie Jenner Spends $12 Million On Hidden Hills House: Report

Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner has reportedly splurged a record $12 million on a new house in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles — the 19-year-old’s fourth real estate investment.

Last year, Jenner, the youngest member of the “KarJenner” family, bought her first home — for $2.7 million — in Calabasas, Los Angeles. This was followed by a $6 million Hidden Hills mansion and a $4.5 million property right next to it in May and June this year, respectively.

According to real estate website Trulia, the newest buy is a 13,200-square-foot property spread across 1.4 acres — an 8-bedroom, 11-bath Cape Cod-style mansion. The house also comes with a gourmet kitchen, home theater, a spa and massage room, and a pool with a view.

The face behind Kylie Cosmetics reportedly listed her first purchase in Calabasas — in the same area as sisters Khloé and Kourtney — in June for an asking price of $3.9 million — over $1 million more than what she bought it for. She is also concentrating on consolidating her properties in the posh Hidden Hills.

Jenner, who uses Snapchat to routinely post pictures and stories of her home, recently showed off her newly acquired kitchen equipment, which reportedly cost her almost $3,000.
