Lamar Odom Weight Gain: NBA Player Looks Heavier Amid Divorce From Khloe Kardashian

Lamar Odom is not taking his split from Khloe Kardashian too well. While the 29-year-old reality TV star has been getting into arguably the best shape of her life, the NBA player has been packing on the pounds.

Over the weekend, Odom looked noticeably heavier than he has over the years. He has always been lean, but now his stomach is visible even though he was wearing a black sweatshirt. The athlete was just coming from a workout. He also looked visibly tired and out of breath as he headed to his next errand.

It seems his breakup may be affecting him for the worse. In April, RadarOnline reported that Kardashian “been refusing to take his calls lately,” and that Odom has been “blowing up her phone” with “desperate calls.” Kardashian’s budding romance with rapper French Montana may be to blame. “Khloe is out in public with new guys all over them, and it is killing Lamar,” the source tells Radar. “Yeah, he was totally with other women [first], but he doesn’t want Khloe to shove it in his face that she is moving on. Lamar is jealous and gets mad when she refuses to talk to him,” a source continued.

Kardashian and French Montana have allegedly been dating for several months now, and have been spotted traveling all around the world together. She even flew to South Africa to join him for the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards earlier this month.

In December, Kardashian, 29, filed for divorce from Odom. The two married four years ago after a 30-day courtship. In November, in a bizarre rap video while drunk, Odom admitted to cheating on Kardashian. In August, he was arrested on charges of driving under the influence.

But if Kardashian and Montana are officially dating, his estranged wife, Deen Kharbouch, has words of advice for her. “She has to be careful. Things are not what they seem,” she told Life & Style. Last September, she charged via Twitter that Montana left her and their 4-year-old son once he attained fame. The couple had been together seven years and married for six.
