'The Last Kingdom' Season 4: Action Sequence With Brida And Cnut Filmed

New behind-the-scenes pictures from the production set of “The Last Kingdom” Season 4 have been released online. The cast and crew appear to be filming more action sequences, and the recently released pictures tease the meeting of two main characters.

Brida (Emily Cox) is an important character on the show right from the start. The character has met and fought with many other major characters on the show, and she will continue to do that in Season 4.

A new behind-the-scenes picture posted on the official Instagram page of the TV series shows Cox in full makeup, standing next to Magnus Bruun, who will be reprising his role as Cnut.

The blood stains on Cox’s face suggest that her character will be involved in some action sequences on the show. It remains to be seen if Brida will be fighting against Cnut or if she will be joining forces with him to fight a common enemy.

Bruun teased that there is “a lot of mayhem going on” in “The Last Kingdom” Season 4, but behind-the-scenes it is all “fun and games” for the cast and crew. The cast members have been sharing filming updates and the fun they have been having on the sets with the fans online, and so far the production appears to be going on smoothly.

Cnut appears to be a central figure on the show this time around. Bruun previously shared a picture of him with a severed head prop on his Twitter page. “Just another day at the office...” the actor jokingly captioned the post.

Bruun has been filming action sequences for a long time now. Earlier this month the actor announced that he has just completed a full week of filming a battle sequence for “The Last Kingdom” Season 4. “I just love being a Cnut,” the actor wrote at that time.
