The "League of Legends: Wild Rift" Beta is set to arrive in the Americas on March 29, allowing players in the region to get their hands on the mobile MOBA. Here are some details about the upcoming title, including its champions and Wild Pass, all thanks to a new video released by Riot Games.

"Wild Rift" Champions

"League of Legends: Wild Rift" is the mobile counterpart of the hit MOBA game "League of Legends." For "LoL players, the champions in "Wild Rift" would be familiar with some notable changes. At its current state, "Wild Rift" has 59 champions but Riot Games assured players that the number would increase.

The recent clip devs shared on Twitter showcases the redesigned champions of "League of Legends: Wild Rift." These champions operate in almost the same way they do in "LoL," but with minor adjustments to fit the game's mobile format. For instance, Katarina can now move slowly even while in her Death Lotus Ultimate while Ashe's Ultimate can now be controlled mid-flight.

Riot Games continuously releases developer videos to update fans of its champion pool. So far, the open beta has an interesting list of champions in its open beta, who are expected to be available at the game's launch. These are Ahri, Akali, Amumu, Ashe, Corki, Zed, Wukong, Yasuo, Varus, Teemo, Singed, Tristana, Darius, Draven, Evelynn, Garen, Jax, Janna, Jarvan, Kai’Sa, K/Da, Katarina, Kennen, Lee Sin, Lulu, Miss Fortune, Dr. Mundo, Ramus, Seraphine and a whole lot more.

"Wild Rift" Wild Pass

"League of Legends: Wild Rift" has its own Battle Pass system called Wild Pass. Players' progress entitles them to earn rewards in the form of skins, loots and in-game currency. The game's first-ever Wild Pass will roll out sometime in April and would come with different levels.

Players who reach level 50 get an exclusive Jax skin. In order to get the earned loots, players will need to upgrade the Wild Pass using Wild Cores. Wild Pass will be available to all "League of Legends: Wild Rift players for free.
