‘Legacies’ Season 1 Spoilers: Episode 3 Synopsis, Videos And Photos Revealed

The last “Legacies” cliffhanger gave fans a pretty good idea of what this week’s villain will be: a gargoyle. The statue came to life after Alaric locked the gates of the Salvatore School at the end of episode 2, and episode 3 will feature the monster in a big way.

In the sneak-peek video from the episode, titled “We’re Being Punked, Pedro,” Lizzie (Jenny Boyd) talks to a young student named Pedro about her frustration. Her father is keeping secrets, and she believes she deserves to be in the know. Pedro, however, is distracted by the fact that a statue keeps moving closer to them.

Before Alaric (Matt Davis) realizes the students are in danger on the CW drama, he’ll be making them face consequences for their actions. Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) is in trouble for using dark magic to find Landon (Aria Shahghasemi) while the others are being disciplined for using magic at the football game against Mystic Falls High students. Unfortunately, their sentence will have them spending more time around their rival school.

“As punishment for breaking the rules, Hope, Lizzie, Josie (Kaylee Bryant) and MG (Quincy Fouse) are forced to participate in a community service project in the Mystic Falls town square,” the episode 3 synopsis reveals.

It’s safe to say that the vicious public school kids won’t make the private school students’ job of cleaning up the town any easier.

Episode 3 will also catch up with students who aren’t under Alaric’s control. Landon and Rafael (Peyton Alex Smith) ran away, and they’re going to try to live on their own. However, taking a new werewolf on the road isn’t the best plan. “Landon and Rafael’s attempt at a carefree life on the road takes a dangerous turn when they become unsuspecting targets,” the logline teases.

The episode will also be a turning point for Alaric. “Finally, Alaric realizes that keeping secrets from his students may be causing more harm than good,” the summary notes.

Also in this episode is an alum from “The Vampire Diaries.” Steven R. McQueen will reprise his role as Jeremy Gilbert. The hunter left “TVD” in 2015, but he returned for the series finale.
