‘Legacies’ Season 1 Spoilers: Midseason Premiere Synopsis, Promo Video And Photos
“Legacies” Season 1 returns this month, and fans are anxiously awaiting the results of last year’s cliffhanger. The CW drama returns in a week, and fans will see Hope go after Landon in the midseason premiere.
When “Legacies” left off, Hope’s (Danielle Rose Russell) bracelet signaled that Landon (Aria Shahghasemi) was in trouble. She had sent him to New Orleans to get help finding his birth mother. However, a mysterious figure might have more information on his mom.
In another cliffhanger, the mysterious knife was taken. Someone in a control room was watching footage of the knife fall into black goo, and then they picked up a photograph of Landon and his mother, labeled “Seylah & Landon.”
Viewers will get at least some answers about Landon’s past in the midseason premiere. It sounds like Hope and Alaric’s (Matthew Davis) rescue mission will at least give them some new information about the mysterious teenager.
“After discovering that Landon is in trouble, Hope and Alaric set out in search for him,” the CW’s synopsis for episode 8 reads. “Along the way, they uncover some startling information about Landon’s past.”
Getting the facts about his past isn’t the same as finding him, though. Photos of Landon in “Legacies” Season 1, episode 8 are all solo shots. The promo video shows Hope worrying that Landon could die.
Of course, he isn’t the only character who was left in danger. When Kaleb (Christopher De’Sean Lee) convinced M.G. (Quincy Fouse) to feed on a human, he couldn’t stop without being drugged by Dorian (Demetrius Bridges). M.G. might be a ripper, and he just got his first taste of human blood.
The midseason premiere of “Legacies” is titled “Maybe I Should Start From The End” and was directed by Nathan Hope. It premieres Thursday, Jan. 24 at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.
This Thursday, however, there will be no rerun of “Legacies.” Instead, the pilot of “Roswell,” directed by “Legacies” showrunner Julie Plec, will have an encore.
