Leighton Meester And Adam Brody Expecting First Child; See Photos Of Her Huge Baby Bump

Leighton Meester and husband Adam Brody are reportedly expecting their first child together. The couple quietly got married in 2014 and have been keeping their pregnancy news just as secretive.

The actors haven’t officially announced that they are expecting, but E! News confirmed it. Photos from PopSugar make it look like the former “Gossip Girl” star could be several months into a pregnancy. Her baby bump was very visible when she went out for lunch on Saturday in Los Angeles.

Meester, 29, connected with Brody, 35, while working on a film called “The Oranges” in 2011. The two kept their romance on the down low until after they were married in February 2014. The same year, they released a second film together, “Life Partners.”

While the two are typically very private, Meester did tell the press in November that she was looking forward to having kids. “Most people I know are starting to get married. It'll be kids next,” she revealed to Nylon. “I like the grown-up stuff. I like having a house. I've got dogs."

Brody also hinted at kids last year. During a Reddit Ask Me Anything session in August, the former star of “The O.C.” talked about having a lot of children with his wife. When a fan asked how many kids Brody wanted, he playfully replied, “I say 12. And I decide.”

The pair will have to juggle their busy careers with parenthood. Brody is currently starring in “Billy & Billie” on DirecTV while Meester toured the country last winter in support of her album “Heartstrings.”
