LG Stylo 4 Now An Amazon Prime Exclusive Android Smartphone
Last month, the LG V35 ThinQ became an Amazon Prime Exclusive smartphone. Now, another LG smartphone has become part of Amazon Prime Exclusive lineup and it is none other than the Stylo 4.
The LG Stylo 4 was originally released last month through T-Mobile. The smartphone comes with a 6.2-inch 1080p full HD+ FullVision display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and an all-metal body design. The device also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and it comes with its own stylus, which can be stored in the bottom right corner of the handset.
The stylus provides users with the means to write down notes and or draw. Popping out the stylus can also trigger the phone to launch a specific app. The stylus can also be used to select a portion of the screen to record it as a GIF, according to The Verge. The phone is designed to provide users with almost the same kind of experience that Samsung’s Galaxy Note series can offer, but at a more affordable price.
The LG Stylo 4 is a mid-range Android smartphone that’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It comes with a microSD card slot for expanding storage and a 3,300 mAh battery. The T-Mobile and MetroPCS versions of the Stylo 4 only has 2GB of RAM, as pointed out by Android Police.
On the back, the Stylo 4 has 13-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash. The rear camera is also capable of shooting videos at full HD resolution at 30 frames-per-second. Up front, it features a 5-megapixel camera with a wide-angle lens and it’s also capable of taking 1080P full HD videos. The LG Stylo 4 may have basic specs, but it still has a USB Type-C port for fast charging, which is uncommon on budget-friendly smartphones. It’s also running Android 8.1 Oreo and that should be a sign that it can be upgraded to Android 9.0 P.
The LG Stylo 4 Prime Exclusive is now available on Amazon for just $249.99. This phone can only be purchased from Amazon by Prime members. This version of the Stylo 4 will work for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. It’s also important to point out that like all other Prime Exclusive phones, this version of the Stylo 4 will have non-removable, pre-installed Amazon apps.
