Lindsay Lohan fails alcohol test, heads back to court

TMZ is reporting that troubled actress Lindsay Lohan tested positive for alcohol earlier this month.

She will appear in front of an L.A. County Superior judge Thursday morning. According to the report, the Probation Department wants Lohan behind bars.

According to the report, LiLo was tested twice last week. She allegedly tested positive for alcohol on one of the tests and negative on the other. She tested negative for drugs on both of the tests. The tests were allegedly administered right after she was photographed at her rooftop barbecue party.

Lohan was scheduled to have a 15-minute televised interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show this morning but she canceled last minute.

It is speculated that she canceled the interview due to her failed alcohol test.

Lohan will appear in court today at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. ET.

According to TMZ, the L.A. County Probation Department wants Judge Stephanie Sautner to end her house arrest and sentence her to jail time.
