Launched in 2017, the line has been actively selling more than 300 houseware items, ranging from home decor to bedding products and spanning tabletops, as well as lifestyle and gift items. Aside from this, Joanna also launched an exclusive line of pillows and rugs at Anthropologie.

Magnolia Store Discount Outlet

The original Magnolia Store was reopened as a discount/warehouse outlet. According to Joanna's tweet, the shop located at Bosque Boulevard in Waco offers "last chance items and slightly damaged products" at discounted prices.

Magnolia Vacation Rental Property

The couple's beautiful properties, such as the Magnolia House and Hillcrest Estate, are offered as vacation rental properties. Other select properties in and around Waco are likewise offered for renters. "It is our hope that each of these homes is a place you and those you love most can rest, unplug, and enjoy time together," the couple shared on their website.
