Tori and Zach have always wanted to have more kids after welcoming their youngest child, Lilah, in 2019. Last year, the couple announced that they were pregnant. However, in March, Tori shared the heartbreaking news that she had a miscarriage.
"We were so excited to share some exciting news this week. We were so excited when we found out we were expecting baby #3, and we couldn’t wait to share. We went in for our first ultrasound at 8 weeks and found out that we lost our sweet baby two weeks earlier," she wrote on Instagram.
In her post, Tori acknowledged that she was still blessed because she has two healthy kids. She also thanked her husband, who "has loved me through it all."
In July, Zach and Tori shared how they dealt with the loss. They supported each other while raising their two kids. They also made sure to give one another the space and time to rest. Tori said they were good at communicating when one needed a break. They also expressed their optimism in having a rainbow child after the pregnancy loss.
