LOOK: Potential NBA All-Star Jersey Design Leaked With Some Retro Indiana Pacers Flavor

The NBA All-Star Game is set for March 7, and most are eager to see what jersey designs their favorite players will don this weekend.

Leaked photos have come out and the uniforms appear to have the shades of Indiana Pacers colorway with an old-school look.

First images of the NBA All-Star Game jerseys were shared on social media by @WYExpect. They aren’t exactly the extravagant or unique designs that NBA fans are normally treated to.

They were designed pretty simple with the number of jerseys located in the middle of the circle on the right side.

As for the colors, some NBA fans may question why the colors are yellow and blue. The star-studded annual event was originally scheduled to be held in Indiana, but it was moved to Atlanta due to the pandemic.

Though it has yet to be officially confirmed if these are the official NBA All-Star jerseys, the fact that they are already being sold at the NBA online store points to that. The names of the players will be placed at the front, above the circled number that has gotten both positive and negative feedback.

Given that the 2021 NBA All-Star game is being held under different conditions, the important thing here is that there will be an event happening this year. But other than the normally anticipated jerseys that basketball fans will surely buy, there will be changes in this year’s festivities.

As mentioned in a previous post, other events such as the Skills Challenge and the Three-Point Shootout will be held on the same day as the main NBA-All Star Game. The Slam Dunk competition will take place during the half-time break of the main offering.

For those who may have missed it, there were also changes to the NBA All-Star starting lineups.

Domantas Sabonis of the Indiana Pacers will take the place of an injured Kevin Durant. However, it will be Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics who was tapped to star for Team Durant.

For Team LeBron, Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns will replace an injured Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers.

With Durant and Davis out, the All-Star Game should not only be entertaining but competitive. There are no clear favorites as of this time although expect bookies to come out with a thin spread soon.
