Audrey Roloff is a proud mom after seeing her 4-year-old daughter Ember Jean riding a bike without training wheels like a pro.

On Monday, the "Little People, Big World" alum shared on Instagram a few clips of Ember, dressed in a pink dress and white helmet, riding a pink bike. According to Audrey, it didn’t take her daughter long at all to start riding her bike without any assistance, and the proud mom believes practicing using balance bikes had played a role.

"Turns 4 and learns how to ride a bike with no training wheels in 5 minutes," Audrey wrote in the clips. "She went straight from the balance bike to this! Such a testament to those balance bikes. No need for training wheels and they learn so fast!"

"I definitely get a little emotional watching her though. Why does this make her seem so old?!" she added.

Audrey and her husband Jeremy Roloff also share 20-month-old son Bode James. The couple, who wed in September 2014, are currently expecting their third child together.

Many of Audrey's followers shared their own children's bike-riding experiences in the comments.

"Balance bikes are the real deal! All my kids had one (the same one!). None of them used training wheels, and all were peddling a bike by 3 years old," one wrote.

"Yes, same for our kids too! Totally a believer in balance bikes!! Our son learned to ride a real bike at 2 right before he was 3 because of balance bikes!!" another fan commented.

Audrey's mother-in-law, Amy Roloff, also expressed how proud she was of Ember's progress.

"Amazing. So fun to watch her do that. She’s good at it. No wobbling here. ‘Mimi’ [is] very proud of you, Ember," Amy wrote.

When Amy married Chris Marek last month at Roloff Farms in Oregon, the bride and groom had a special moment with Amy's grandchildren. They danced with Ember and her cousin Jackson, the 4-year-old son of Zach and Tori Roloff.

Ember, who served as a flower girl during the ceremony, looked adorable in her pink lace tulle dress with a matching flower crown. Jackson was the ring bearer and looked dapper in a power-blue suit with a matching bowtie, a pink rose boutonnière and a pair of brown leather dress shoes.

"They all have been wonderful," Amy earlier told People of her children and grandchildren. "They've been helping me all this week with setting up and, most importantly, moral support. Having my grandkids be a part of our wedding day is so special to me. To know that they are happy for me means so much to me."
