Maddie Ziegler Films ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 6 Episode With Troian Bellisario

Maddie Ziegler is in the midst of filming the second half of “Dance Moms” Season 5 in Los Angeles, but it appears she may have put her dance career on the back burner this week. The Lifetime reality star filmed an episode for Season 6 of the hit ABC Family series “Pretty Little Liars” on Monday.

The 12-year-old dancer and music video star dished about her experience filming her role on the drama series on social media. In one Instagram shot, the rising star can seen posing with “Pretty Little Liars” lead Troian Bellisario in what appears to be the show’s Radley Sanitarium set.

“It’s a dream come true that I got to work with the most incredible person!!” Maddie captioned the spooky image. “And yes, I know we’re haunting,” she added.

The 29-year-old actress, who plays Spencer Hastings on the program, appeared equally thrilled to film alongside the “Dance Moms” star. “Number 1 reason to come into work today,” Bellisario wrote on Instagram. “I get to be a creepiest with the insanely talented and awesome @madisonziegler1313.”

Bellisario later shared a photo of Maddie sporting a white gown and smiling while laying on a bed. “Powerhouse. (And the sweetest),” she captioned the shot.

While it appears Bellisario was the only “Pretty Little Liars” star Maddie filmed with, the dancer did get a chance to get up close and personal with another lead on the series. Ashley Benson, who plays Hanna Marin on the show, also shared a photo of Maddie on Instagram on Monday. “The little cutie,” the 25 year old captioned a shot of herself smiling and posing next to the young guest star.

And while “Pretty Little Liars” isn’t Maddie’s first high-profile gig — she recently performed at the 2015 Grammys and on Season 20 of “Dancing with the Stars” — her guest spot on the show is fitting. In an interview with The Telegraph earlier this month, Maddie revealed watching “Pretty Little Liars” is her favorite pastime. “I get so scared, but I have to watch it,” she revealed.
