Man Eats Old Lard and Five Other Weird Eats

Hans Feldmeier, 87, a retired German man, ate a tin of Swift's Bland Lard from 1948, the BBC reported today. He was working on the reconstruction of Germany and received the lard in an aide package from the US. Since then, he kept the lard around in case of emergency, he told reporters. He seemed to be fine afterward--regardless, he had a scientist check it out before hand.
