In a bizarre incident, a train guard got bitten not just by a dog, but also its owner. Apparently, the guard just asked the dog owner to put his pet on a leash, which triggered the attack.

The incident happened last month at Upholland Station in the U.K. The guard, whose identity was not revealed, approached the suspect and asked him to put a leash on his dog. But the man refused to do so, prompting the guard to tell him that he couldn't board the train, Liverpool Echo reported.

The vicious dog then chased the train guard, lunged on him, and bit him in the leg. As the guard grappled with the dog to free himself, the man punched him in the face and reportedly bit his ear.

He then grabbed him by the head and repeatedly said "I'll take your eye out." The passenger fled the station after the brutal attack.

The British Transport Police released the image of the suspect Wednesday, requesting help from the public to track him down.

In September 2019, a man in New Mexico bit a police dog while authorities were trying to detain him. Police were called after a fight broke out between the man and a woman in a house. The woman suffered severe injuries after he attacked her with an ax. Police cordoned off the house and deployed a K-9 to subdue the man. The dog approached the suspect and bit him but the man retaliated and bit the canine on the back of its neck. The suspect was arrested and the canine was sent to a veterinarian.
