The children of an elderly man in Jiangsu, China, were caught on camera dragging their father’s body from the casket and beating it up for abandoning them.

According to local reports, the unidentified man had abandoned his wife and children for another woman almost four decades ago. After spending his entire life with his girlfriend, the man died from health issues recently. After the death of the man, his girlfriend sent the bill for the funeral expenses to his children, expecting them to pay for it.

The children, who were furious, attended the funeral. However, suddenly, they angrily opened the lid of the casket where the man’s body was placed. They then dragged the corpse out of it and placed it on the floor before beating it. They then went on to slap his embalmed face several times. The incident was caught on camera.

“You made our lives Hell when you were alive! Do you really think I will help you after you die?!” one of the children can be heard saying in the video.

The children then left the venue, leaving the body on the floor. A police case was registered and investigation was ongoing.
