According to sports books, the favorite to win the NCAA tournament is Ohio State, at 7-2. The other programs who are in the mix are Kansas and Duke at 5-1 odds. Pittsburgh is a 12-1 favorite to win it all.
Ohio State finished the season with 33 wins and two losses to finish as the No. 1 team in the nation, and are led by star big man Jared Sullinger. The Buckeyes won the Big Ten this season, and went to the National Championship in 2007.
The Duke Blue Devils won the NCAA Championship last season, defeating Butler.
