Mariah Carey Packs On PDA With Boyfriend Bryan Tanaka Amid Release Of James Packer Breakup Song [PHOTOS]
Mariah Carey couldn’t keep her hands off new boyfriend Bryan Tanaka during their latest outing. Over the weekend, the 46-year-old “Touch My Body” singer attended the launch party for her new single, “I Don’t,” with the hunky backup dancer, 33, at the Catch restaurant in Los Angeles. And though Carey’s song might be about her split with ex-fiancé James Packer, the diva doesn’t seem to be nursing a broken heart anymore.
In the new photos obtained by The Sun, the two put on a raunchy display as they posed for the cameras. Carey wrapped her arms around Tanaka’s neck and leaned against him as he held up one of her legs. Another photo showed the dancer busting out one of his best moves and dipping a smiling Carey.
Carey got engaged with Packer early last year, but she and the Australian businessman broke things off in October. Shortly after their split, rumors surfaced that the “All I Want For Christmas Is You” hitmaker started dating Tanaka, who has known Carey for years prior to getting together.
Things seemed to be getting serious around December when Carey brought Tanaka along for a family trip to Aspen, Colorado with her twins, Monroe and Moroccan. The pair documented their getaway on Instagram, with Carey sharing a photo of herself posing in front of a Christmas tree in a bikini.
In the same month, Tanaka also opened up about his relationship with Carey and got candid about his feelings for her. “I love her so much,” he told E! News. “Just make sure you tune in to the show and you’ll see kind of how everything happens.”
Meanwhile, Carey has also dropped the official music video for “I Don’t,” which features YG. In the clip, the singer sets fire to the $250,000 wedding dress that she was supposed to wear during her wedding to Packer.
