‘Married At First Sight’ Spoilers: Keith Calls Iris’ Virginity ‘An Obstacle’

“Married at First Sight” Season 9 has been challenging for Keith Manley and Iris Caldwell. After the two were married, Keith learned that Iris is a virgin, and they haven’t consummated their marriage on the Lifetime reality show yet. It’s almost decision day, and Iris learns Keith is still concerned about her lack of sexual experience.

In an International Business Times exclusive sneak-peek video (seen above), Keith and Iris go on a dinner date before decision day. It seems like neither knows what their partner is thinking. “I’m anxious about what the outcome will be,” Iris admits.

Keith hints that he isn’t even sure if he wants to get a divorce or stay married. “There’s a lot of thoughts going through my head. There’s a lot of thinking I have to do,” Keith says before asking Iris for her opinion on their relationship.

“I don’t know how you feel, but I feel like we are absolutely compatible in so many ways that they could not even have thought of, you know?” she says.

Her husband agrees that the experts made a great match. “Definitely. If I was going to be married to a stranger, this is about as good as it gets right here,” Keith says.

But does Keith still want to be married to a stranger? Iris knows he has a lot to think over, but she needs to know if he still thinks her lack of sexual experience is still an issue. “So do you think that my virginity is still a concern of yours at all going into decision day?” she asks.

“It’s definitely still an obstacle,” Keith admits. Iris doesn’t look thrilled.

Of course, they aren’t the only ones with issues. Jamie Thompson and Beth Bice have repeatedly had blowout fights, while Amber Bowles has to deal with allegations that Matt Gwynne is cheating on her.

It’s the final week before Decision Day, so the couples have a lot to think about. “Married at First Sight” Season 9 airs Wednesdays on Lifetime.
