'The Masked Singer' Season 2 Finale: A Look Inside New Episode, Final Three Identities
On Wednesday night, viewers will finally learn the identities of the three final celebrities who have been competing as the fox, flamingo, and rottweiler on Season 2 of "The Masked Singer." Leading up to the final episode, stars such as "Kiss From a Rose" singer Seal, "Raven's Home" star Raven-Symoné, and Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams were all revealed.
Now, a new report has showcased a behind-the-scenes look of what went into filming the last episode of the popular Fox singing competition.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the performances were filmed at CBS Television City in Los Angeles in early August. At that time, the judges, Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, and Ken Jeong, had already filmed a dozen episodes over the span of a month and a half.
As stated by the outlet, everyone who entered the soundstage, even VIP guests, had to sign non-disclosure agreements. However, that was not the only security measure that was taken, as the publication also shared that the final three were also "escorted around set in masks and robes so they weren't recognized, and only a handful of people on the production team knew each star's identity." It was also said that each member of the audience was allowed to sit in a chair, versus standing in a pit on the floor, for the hours-long filming.

Aside from a winner being crowned, viewers can reportedly expect a large musical number performed by the entire group as well, but it remains unclear what songs they will perform.
As for speculation surrounding the remaining three contestants, many believe that the flamingo is Cheetah Girls singer and "The Real" co-host Adrienne Bailon. The group of viewers who believe she could be the personality behind the cute creature includes her co-stars of the daytime talk show, who previously confronted her about it.
As for the rottweiler and fox, fans think that former "American Idol" contestant Chris Daughtry and "Let's Make A Deal" host Wayne Brady are behind the masks. Although, some still believe that Jamie Foxx could ultimately be revealed.
"The Masked Singer" Season 2 finale airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
