KEY POINTS
- Megan Fox gave a sultry look while posing for the camera in her new selfies
- The Hollywood star rocked a new hairstyle in the snaps she shared Friday
- The blonde hair could be for Fox's upcoming sci-fi film "Subservience"
New year, new look. Megan Fox officially ditched her signature dark hair this week and transformed into a blonde bombshell.
The 36-year-old Hollywood actress showed off her new look to her nearly 21 million followers via Instagram Stories Friday, Page Six reported.
In the selfies she posted, the "Transformers" actress looked directly at the camera while sporting her new shoulder-length hairstyle with bangs. She had on full makeup, including pale pink lips, dark eyebrows and smokey shadow.
Fox took the photos featuring her ombre locks while inside what appeared to be a dressing room trailer. The outlet surmised that her new 'do could be for her upcoming sci-fi flick "Subservience."
It seemed Fox's role in the film, which also stars Michele Morrone of "365 Days" fame, would require her to flaunt her body since she also posted a photo of her sporting a tiny orange bikini.
Since the actress shared the photos while on the set of her new film, Elle said the blonde bob could just be temporary. The outlet also surmised that it could be just a wig for the project.
Fox, who is engaged to rapper Machine Gun Kelly, has been switching up her hairdo over the years for her work engagements. She's done long wavy brunette, long wavy black, long straight black and many other styles, according to TheHairStyler.
Last month, the "Jennifer's Body" star made headlines when she channeled Pamela Anderson by wearing an ensemble similar to the latter's iconic 1999 MTV VMAs all-pink outfit while attending her fiancé's performance at Art Basel.
Just like his girlfriend, Kelly, real name Colson Baker, is also not shy about embracing daring fashion. Earlier this month, he clapped back at his critics after receiving hateful comments for his unique fashion choices.
"You can't comment about my style if you have none," he wrote on Twitter. He then followed it up with an Instagram post that read, "Keep your insecurities to yourself."
The "Emo Girl" hitmaker previously made headlines for wearing a metallic Dolce & Gabbana look at Milan Fashion Week. He also turned heads when he wore a purple wool and neoprene Dolce & Gabbana suit with protruding spikes at the 2022 American Music Awards.
