Recently, Meghan Markle attended a friend's wedding in Rome and left quite the impression on fans of the British royal family when she made a very unexpected fashion choice. Meghan's wardrobe choices have always been a source of fascination for royal watchers, but it has now been revealed that the Duchess of Sussex does not utilize the services of a stylist as she goes about choosing which looks she will wear. Is that a good decision?

According to Express, the lack of an official stylist may be to blame for why the former "Suits" actress has made a few so-called "basic fashion errors on royal tours in the past." Leaving the tag on a dress and wearing outfits that are creased are among the problems that she has run into.

Dominique St. Johns, a fashion PR expert, confirmed to the publication that Meghan's choice to forgo a stylist's help could be seen as an advantage due to the fact that she handpicks everything herself, but such a choice could also have repercussions. "However, on the other hand, she doesn't have someone to take care of final touches on an outfit, like Kate," Johns said.

Continuing, she said she feels that the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex are "equally dedicated" to their roles, but they do, in fact, take different approaches.

This would not be the first area where the two royals have opted to make significantly different choices. Earlier this year, Meghan and Harry decided to part ways with The Royal Foundation, a charitable initiative that they once shared with Prince William and Kate Middleton, in order to begin their own. Additionally, the couples have also differed when it comes to how political they feel the royal family should be.
