Meghan Markle and Prince Harry recently uploaded an inspirational quote about caring on their Instagram account. Shortly after, the Duchess of Sussex faced backlash on social media.

Instagram user @redparisspider said that it’s a pity Markle doesn’t care about her dad. However, the Duchess of Sussex’s supporters slammed the Instagram user for acting as if she knows exactly what’s going on in the royal’s life.

“You mean the dad who said she was an awful person and other horrible things? The dad who will sell any type of correspondence between him and his daughter? The dad who only cares about his famous grandson but doesn’t care about his other grandchildren? That dad?” Instagram user @_mixedmommie_ wrote.

Other Instagram users attacked Markle’s physical appearance by saying that she’s not as beautiful as Kate Middleton.

“MM is not beautiful,” Instagram user @melemeeflower said.

“She has a different nose for a start,” Instagram user @jacpat123 said.

“Who really cares what the princess of nothing thinks? Give all your wealth to the poor… then I might listen?” Instagram user @dj_oven_chip.

“She’s the princess of the holidays. Buying clothes, telling others what to do… I could go on?” Instagram user @dj_oven_chip added.

Meanwhile, some supporters of Markle and Prince Harry praised them for sharing the beautiful and inspiring quote.

“Love this positivity! Your social media team is great!” Instagram user @drkateto said.

“Missing you so much Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan but just enjoy your vacation with baby Archie and mama Doria because you deserve that,” Instagram user @bulkadz222 said.

Prince Harry and Markle also made headlines this week after it was revealed that they will still be releasing a family Christmas card even though they won’t be in the United Kingdom for the holidays.

A source told US Weekly that Archie and Doria Ragland will be featured in the Christmas card, and it will be released any day now.
