Meghan Markle Gushed Over Man Who Inspired Her Happiness; It’s Not Harry
Meghan Markle previously gushed over a man that taught her the secret to happiness, and it’s not Prince Harry.
On her Lifestyle blog, The Tig, Markle revealed that one of her yoga gurus is a man called Light Watkins. He taught the former actress Vedic meditation. The practice is also known as a silent meditation and doing it has made Markle feel happier.
In her post from three years ago, Markle admitted that she found the process of silent meditation initially daunting.
“You should let the act of meditating become synonymous with both noticing your breathing and getting lost in your thoughts. The worst thing that can happen is that you gave yourself 10 minutes of quiet in an endlessly loud world,” she wrote (via Express).
The Tig was Markle’s Lifestyle blog that she started years before meeting Prince Harry. When they started dating, Markle was forced to shut down The Tig because members of the royal family couldn’t have their own social media accounts or personal websites.
In related news, Markle and Prince Harry will soon embark on a 16-day tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and the Kingdom of Tonga. But it has just been revealed that the couple will be given a few days off to enjoy their trip. From Oct. 23 to 25, Markle and Prince Harry have no official engagements.
Candace Sutton, a journalist for News.co.au is speculating on the possibility of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex heading to a secluded respite to get some much-needed rest. Prince William and Kate Middleton also did a similar thing during their 2014 visit to Australia.
One of the possible destinations that Prince Harry and Markle will visit will be Gabriel Macht and Jacinda Barrett’s four-bedroom boho-chic property, which is tucked away at a beachside location near Noosa National Park. Markle knows Macht because they both starred in “Suits” for years.
Prince Harry and Markle will be heading to Australia for this year’s Invictus Games.
