After releasing their shocking statement, the Duchess of Sussex, reportedly, returned to Canada while Prince Harry is doing what needs to be done before they bid their goodbyes to the people of the United Kingdom.
Recently, Page Six revealed what Meghan has been up to since she and Prince Harry made the bombshell exit. The entertainment publication shared that the mother of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor has started trying to live a normal life in Canada. However, security still follows the former “Suits” actress wherever she goes.
"She mostly stays home but ventures out around mid-day just to get out," a source told E! News. “She has gone for a drive around town and to pick up someone at the airport that looked like her mom,” it went on. The tipster said Meghan Markle spends quality time with Archie whenever she is not busy.
The Guardian reported that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry decided it was not necessary for the Duchess to join the crisis family meeting on Monday. The mom of one was anticipated to join the "very private" affair through a phone call. However, things did not happen as expected.
The Buckingham Palace has yet to announce the details of how Meghan and Prince Harry will function after their decision to “step back” as senior royals. However, it, previously, released an official statement, saying that they respect the Sussex couple’s decision. “Although we would have preferred them to remain full-time working members of the royal family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life as a family while remaining a valued part of my family,” the statement read.
Meanwhile, amid the criticisms Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been receiving since the Megxit, the public has been, relentlessly, expressing their love and support to Prince William and Kate Middleton. Daily Mail reported thousands of fans cheered and waved flags for the parents of Prince George, Prince Charlotte and Prince Louis outside Bradford City Hall in England on Wednesday.
Prince William and Kate were beaming from ear to ear as they greet their devoted followers. Some even gave flowers to the royal pair. Photos that emerged online also showed the Cambridge couple complimenting the crowd.
