Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been brutally labeled as the North American branch of the royal family.

On the “Royals” podcast, royal experts Zoe Burrell and Angela Mollard discussed the impact the deadly coronavirus is having on the royal family’s scheduled engagements. According to Mollard, the Trooping the Colour and Prince Harry’s Invictus Games are both in danger of being canceled.

“Trooping the Colour in June, that is a massive event on the calendar. It coincides with the Queen’s birthday, not her real birthday which is in April. But the June birthday is a celebration and if it doesn't go ahead this will be the first time ever. The Invictus Games for Prince Harry if we look at the North American branch of the Royal Family as we should now refer to them I think,” Mollard said.

Mollard went on to say that Prince Harry is scheduled to go to the Netherlands in May for the Invictus Games. But it is possible that this will either be canceled or postponed to protect him and the attendees from the deadly coronavirus.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Markle made headlines this week after they released a touching statement about the coronavirus outbreak on Instagram.

“These are uncertain times. And now, more than ever, we need each other. We need each other for truth, for support, and to feel less alone during a time that can honestly feel quite scary. There are so many around the world who need support right now, who are working tirelessly to respond to this crisis behind the scenes, on the frontline, or at home," they wrote.

"Our willingness, as a people, to step up in the face of what we are all experiencing with COVID-19 is awe-inspiring. This moment is as true a testament there is to the human spirit,” they captioned their post.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s coronavirus post was plagued with criticisms.

“You failed to connect with the British people. You failed to work with the Royal family. You failed to figure out a way to work with your own family dynamics. You are the last person Who should be giving advice,” Instagram user @wazup431 said.

“You will be sharing information and resources to help? Right, because someone who actually needs help is going to look at your IG feed for it! Your grandiose sense of self-importance is beyond ridiculous! You are irrelevant and need to just go away! ” Instagram user @dg00de9 said.
