Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly “feeling sidelined.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have just returned to the U.K. They have just carried out their first royal engagement for 2020. However, according to Dan Wootton, executive editor of The Sun, the royal couple will be returning to Canada for a significant part of 2020 because they are being sidelined by the royal family. Prince Harry and Markle’s friends are supportive of their plans.

“It is true that Harry and Meghan will spend a fair amount of time in Canada over the next couple of months and possibly going forward too. Right now they are starting talks with their family about their plans for the future. Those conversations are at a very early stage,” a source told the publication.

The insider added that there is a very careful and serious process to go through which the couple has to respect. One thing is clear, Prince Harry and Markle are thinking of their future especially now that they have a young baby. The tipster also added that they might live in Canada for good and leave their royal titles behind.

“That could include being based in Canada or the possibility of walking away from their HRH titles, although hopefully it will not come to that,” the source said.

Prince Harry and Markle got candid in a documentary last year when they shared their struggles as first-time parents and working royals under constant media scrutiny. Many understood their predicaments, but some slammed them for complaining about their privileged lives.

If Prince Harry and Markle remain royals, they will continue to attract the press. Just recently, there were claims that the two royals were getting divorced. Their marriage had reportedly hit the rock bottom since October and there were speculations that their Christmas card was photoshopped because they were actually not together.

Markle also sparked pregnancy rumors following the divorce reports. The money Markle will receive in her divorce with Prince Harry will reportedly depend on how many kids they have. Some Twitter users speculated that the duchess is now faking another pregnancy.
