Meghan Markle, Prince Harry's Immediate Plans Following Royal Africa Trip Exemplify 'Bravery'
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry recently returned home from their royal tour of Africa, but they already have another engagement to attend. While on the trip, the Duchess of Sussex revealed a part of her life that had previously been hidden and sent intentional messages with her fashion choices. Now, the royal couple plans to continue on in their charitable efforts.
According to Elle, the Duke and Duchess will be attending the annual WellChild awards in London on Oct. 15. The charity, which "pays tribute to the bravery of seriously ill children as well as their parents and carers who support and look after them," has been a part of Prince Harry's life since 2007. Since that time, the royal has regularly attended the awards and visited the headquarters. In 2018, Meghan also joined him in attendance.

This year, the couple will meet the young winners and their loved ones ahead of the official ceremony. Following the reception, the Duke will then make a speech and present the Most Inspirational Child award, which is an honor bestowed to a child between the ages of 4 and 6.
For her part, the former "Suits" actress has taken part in charitable efforts on her own as well. While on her royal tour, she even received high praise regarding her work from a very famous admirer.
Aside from the positivity the two members of the British royal family continue to bring into the lives of many, they also have been facing a few undesirable situations, such as confronting the press and hiring "attack dog" lawyers for potential court dates.
