Meghan Markle, Prince Harry’s Royal Wedding Photographer Reveals How He Captured Couple’s Stunning Pictures

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding photos were regarded as works of art.

Their official photographer, Alexi Lubomirski, was able to capture the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s most candid and loving moments. During his interview on Seven’s “The Morning Show,” Lubomirski took audiences behind the camera at the couple’s engagement photoshoot and wedding day.

One of the photos of Prince Harry and Markle shows the couple hugging each other tightly with their eyes closed. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are smiling from ear to ear, and Markle’s hand is carefully placed on Prince Harry’s cheek.

Markle’s engagement ring is also highlighted in the snap, and Lubomirski said that this wasn’t intentional.

“They were both facing me, and it was a beautiful picture with the sun going down behind them. And then I said to Meghan, ‘would you mind just turning towards him?’ She turned towards him, and you could feel the hairs going up on the arms of everybody on set,” he said.

According to the photographer, the royal couple’s wedding was an entirely different experience because their time to take photos was limited. Lubomirski said that they were given 25 minutes to do six setups, which was quite hard to do.

“If there was time, I was told I would be allowed to take them out to the Rose Garden and take more intimate, relaxed shots of them. So, we went out to the Rose Garden, and I didn’t know that we were going to be given three minutes,” he said.

The second photo of Prince Harry and Markle shows them sitting on the stairs of Windsor Castle. The royal couple couldn’t be happier to have a moment to themselves amid the chaos of their wedding. After slumping on the stairs, the photographer snapped photos of the couple, which he described as a moment of complete relief, joy, and love.
