Meghan Markle Is Returning To TV, But Not How You Think
Meghan Markle is returning to screens in her most iconic role yet -- herself.
The former "Suits" actress and Prince Harry will appear in a documentary chronicling their success and accomplishments on their recent royal tour of South Africa. The film, which is set to be released later this year, was filmed by Tom Bradby, who Express reported is a long-time friend of Prince Harry and his brother.
"Just finished filming a documentary on Harry and Meghan in Africa," the ITV News anchor tweeted on Thursday. "I think it will explain a lot when it airs."
While appearing in a documentary isn't exactly getting back to acting, the Duchess of Sussex has found other ways to continue to chart her own path as a royal. As we reported in September, Meghan has been working with a Hollywood-based team to help manage her future career.
Nick Collins, who works for her former talent agency The Gersch Company, was said to be the middle-man when it comes to the 38-year-old dealing with companies.
"He filters the deals and passes them on to Meghan," an insider revealed.
Collins, along with the rest of her team were said to be negotiating a deal for the mom's first children's book.
