Meghan Markle Shares New Photo Of Son Archie, Details Halloween Celebration With Prince Harry, Kids

Meghan Markle spoke about her previous Halloween date with Prince Harry and the most recent one with their children, Archie and baby Lili.

The Duchess of Sussex appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Thursday. During her guesting, she revisited her first Halloween date with Prince Harry before their romance became public.

Markle told DeGeneres that the duke flew to Toronto to see her and her friends. Prince Harry's cousin, Princess Eugenie, and her then-boyfriend and now-husband, Jack Brooksbank, joined them too.

"The four of us snuck out in Halloween costumes to just have one fun night on the town before it was out in the world that we were a couple," Markle recalled. "No, [the people at the party didn’t know it was us]. It was a post-apocalyptic theme, so we had all of this very bizarre costuming on, and we were able to just sort of have one final fun night out."

Earlier this month, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated Halloween with their two children, son Archie, 2, and 5-month-old daughter, baby Lili.

According to Markle, they saw DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi at the time because they were neighbors in Montecito. The Duchess of Sussex said they wanted to do something fun for their children, but "then the kids were just not into it at all."

Archie dressed up as a dinosaur for five minutes, according to the royal mom. DeGeneres quipped, "not even five minutes," and Markle agreed saying, "not even five minutes." Meanwhile, baby Lili dressed up as a little skunk, like Flower from "Bambi."

Markle also treated the audience by giving a new photo of her eldest son. In the snap, Archie was seen standing with a basket in one hand. He was looking at the chicken at their home in California. The little one dressed in matching blue sweatshirt and pants. He also wore yellow boots. The snap didn't show Archie's face because he had his back to the camera. But the photo revealed that he looked like his dad, Prince Harry, because they share the same ginger red hair, Us Weekly reported.

Prince Harry and Markle have been very protective of their children. They rarely give updates about their firstborn. However, Markle was spotted with Archie in public in April. She was carrying Archie while showing off her large baby bump because she was still pregnant with baby Lili at the time.

The mother and son's public sighting raised some eyebrows because it happened on Prince Louis' third birthday. Markle's critics on Twitter immediately accused her of trying to upstage Prince William and Kate Middleton's youngest son by stealing the limelight from him.
