Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are considered as two of the most influential women today. Aside from marrying Prince William and Prince Harry, respectively, the two royals continue to inspire their followers with their fashion statements and charitable works. However, Kate and Meghan were rumored to be feuding since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved out of the Kensington Palace.
However, In Touch Weekly, in its upcoming April 20, 2020 issue, claimed that Kate and Meghan have ended their two-year feud already. The entertainment news publication claimed that the former “Suits” actress realized a lot of things while in self-quarantine with Prince Harry and Archie Mountbatten-Windsor in Los Angeles, Calif.
“The COVID-19 pandemic and being in isolation forced Meghan to have a new perspective about everything, including her feud with Kate…Meghan is determined to make up for her mistakes – and she’s starting by saying sorry to Kate about everything that’s happened,” an informant told the outlet. “She feels terrible about everything that went down and how the competition between them spiraled to the point of no return. But, she’s taking full responsibility for her part,” it continued.
Prince Harry, reportedly, begged Meghan to reach out to Kate as he tries to resolve all his issues with Prince William. In a previous report, In Touch claimed that the two sons of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana talked over the phone after a very long time. William, reportedly, told Harry about Kate's fourth pregnancy during the call. The Duke of Sussex, allegedly, got overjoyed after learning that he will have another niece very soon.
To recall, Katie Nicoll shared with Glamour that she thinks Kate and Meghan never had a close relationship even if most people in the palace want them to become BFFs. The royal correspondent even claimed that the wives of Prince William and Prince Harry just agreed to get along and put on a united front.
"They quite quickly realized they were two pretty mature women—quite different women—and really the only thing they had in common was they'd married princes. Not just Prince Harry, I think probably the world wanted them to become best friends,” Katie said.
"I do know that Meghan and Kate have come to an agreement to get along, to make an effort, to be amiable and warm toward each other in public. They both realize it's in neither of their interests to have these catfight headlines. It's not what either of them wants,” she went on.
While it is not possible that distance brought them all together, it should be noted that Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have yet confirmed anything as of yet. Also, with In Touch Weekly’s reputation for creating articles based on the accounts of its phony and undependable sources, this could be another work of fiction waiting to be debunked. Hence, avid followers of the two duchesses should take these unverified claims with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.
Meanwhile, Daily Express reported that Meghan Markle is set to appear in “Good Morning America” for an exclusive interview about her recent gig at Disney. Prince Harry’s better half will, reportedly, give details about the collaboration and her role.
