Meghan Markle Shock: Why Prince Harry’s Wife May Never Trust Her Dad Again
KEY POINTS
- Meghan Markle and Thomas Markle's feud won't end anytime soon
- Meghan Markle will most likely not resume a relationship with her dad
- Thomas Markle continues to sell out his daughter
Meghan Markle hasn’t reconciled with her estranged father, Thomas Markle Sr. Now, a royal commentator said that it is unlikely for the Duchess of Sussex to resume a relationship with her dad.
On the “Royals” podcast, Angela Mollard said that if she was Markle, she would be very suspicious about resuming a relationship with the former lighting director. After all, Thomas once sold out Markle, and he’s still selling his daughter out at the moment.
Mollard couldn’t also help but compare Markle’s dad from Kate Middleton’s father, Michael Middleton. She said that Prince William is so lucky because his in-laws are good people.
“Carole Middleton is reportedly like a second mother to him in terms of the help and advice and the sense of calm and warmth that they offer,” she said.
But when it comes to Markle and Thomas, Mollard said that it is unlikely for the two to be sitting around for holidays and other important occasions anytime soon.
Meanwhile, the Daily Beast just branded Markle as the Unofficial Patron Saint of Daughters with Toxic Fathers. The publication came up with the moniker after hearing Thomas’s interview on “Good Morning Britain.”
While speaking with Piers Morgan, Thomas was asked if he understands that doing interviews would just make it more difficult for him to reach out to his daughter, and he said yes.
“There is no other way to reach them,” he said.
Thomas also talked about his ex-wife, Doria Ragland, and revealed that he wrote letters to her but didn’t get a response. A source told The Sun that Prince Harry and Markle are furious that Thomas used Ragland as a pawn to talk to the “Suits” alum.
The source also said that Prince Harry and Markle think that Thomas’s attempt to drag Ragland into the issue is a desperate attempt from his end. After all, Ragland is an innocent party in the whole thing.
