Meghan Markle recently uploaded a slew of Prince Harry’s photos that she loves the most. The photos were shared on the royal couple’s official Instagram account to commemorate the Duke of Sussex’s 35th birthday.

While speaking with The Sun, celebrity psychologist Jo Hemmings said that the post was one of the rare times that the Duchess of Sussex highlighted her husband over herself.

One of the photos were taken from Prince Harry and Markle’s wedding day on May 19, 2018. In the snap, the royal couple is kissing each other on the lips while they are standing outside St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.

“Meghan wants to showcase him above her. It’s an intimate but formal wedding shot and it’s a bit of a clichéd shot… I’m surprised she hasn’t chosen the two of them looking at each other but she’s chosen the standard royal wedding picture and I think she’s done that so that he’s not upstaged in any way even at their wedding,” he said.

Another photo that the “Suits” alum included in her post features Prince Harry playing with his son, Archie, at the latter’s christening on July 6. Hemmings said that the snap proves just how tended Prince Harry really is especially towards his son.

The other photos that were included in the post featured Princess Diana carrying Prince Harry off the plane. Another snap features Prince William and Prince Harry when they were teenagers.

Hemmings said that the choice of Princess Diana’s photo was kind of odd. And Prince William’s snap seems to echo the rumors that he and Prince Harry are feuding at the moment.

Overall, Hemmings said that the post has no off-duty joy in any of them.

“An informal shot of him, nobody would have criticized him for, but she’s gone down the pomp and circumstance route and that in itself, why wouldn’t you have a fun off-duty image rather than a significant royal image of your husband? ” he said.
