Meghan Markle may have just won over Queen Elizabeth II’s heart over Kate Middleton for a sweet reason.

In Her Majesty’s Christmas address produced by Sky News, a photo of Prince Harry and Markle in their touchy-feely state was shown. A photo of Kate Middleton with Prince William and their kids were also on display during the Christmas address.

However, the Duchess of Sussex is seen in another picture in the Buckingham Palace’s White Drawing Room where the Queen’s Christmas speech was filmed on Dec. 12. The Queen chose to frame a photo of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex taken during their May 19 wedding in Windsor.

Middleton and Prince William’s photo that was taken with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis outside their Anmer Hall home in Norfolk was also the one that was displayed by the monarch.

The Queen didn’t also forget her other grandchild, Princess Eugenie. Even though Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughter is not considered a working royal, she is still part of the British clan. Her Majesty shared a photo of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank from their Oct. 12 wedding to the public.

Her Majesty’s Christmas speech will air on Dec. 25 itself, but a preview was already released by the network. The main focus of this year’s address has to do with kindness and respect despite having strongly opposing views.

“Even with the most deeply-held differences, treating the other person with respect and as a fellow human being is always a good first step towards greater understanding,” she said.

The Queen will also highlight the message of Jesus Christ on peace on earth and goodwill to all.

In related news, Middleton and Markle have been rumored to be feuding with each other for the past couple of months. However, the Duchesses have not yet confirmed whether or not they are really at odds with each other.

They are expected to reunite in Sandringham for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebrations and church services. Markle and Middleton are also expected to sit together while listening to the monarch’s Christmas speech.
