Meghan Markle’s baby may be born on Brexit Day, according to bookmakers.

After the Duchess of Sussex was spotted in London on Tuesday, royal fans and bookies were quick to notice how much her baby bump has grown. Ladbrokes claimed that the odds on a March baby are now at 4/5. An April baby is evens and a May baby is at 10/1.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes told Express, “March 29th could be a huge day for the country in more ways than one. In recent photos of the Duchess, it looks like her bump has ‘popped,’ and punters now reckon the latest addition to the royal family could be a March baby rather than April.”

Odds of Markle giving birth on March 29 are at 20/1. In October, Kensington Palace released a statement saying that Markle will give birth in the spring of 2019. The season typically starts from March 20 and ends on June 21, which means that Prince Harry’s wife could give birth anytime within those months.

But when Markle stepped out on Tuesday, it was obvious that her baby bump has gotten bigger. This has also led some people to speculate that she and Prince Harry will have twins.

NBC’s Keir Simmons, who has twin girls, shared his own prediction about Markle’s baby during an episode of “Today.”

“As a father of twins, I’m going out on a limb here, guys. I’m saying it’s twins,” he said.

“It just makes sense. Given her extensive royal duties, it would be much more efficient to have two at once. Plus the way she’s carrying – her belly sort of popped just like mine did,” Lexi Rudolph, NBC News’ vice president of booking, added.

Rudolph is also a mom to her 2-year-old twins, Brock and Sasha. She also wondered if Markle has been speaking to Amal Clooney during her pregnancy since George Clooney’s wife also gave birth to twins.

“It seems her and twin mom Amal Clooney seem to be talking quite a bit. Perhaps getting some advice?” she said.

Minah Kathuria, supervising producer of “Today,” said that it will become more obvious if Markle is really pregnant with twins as the months go by.
