Meghan Markle’s Sister Samantha Slammed Duchess For Ignoring Dad Thomas On Christmas

Meghan Markle’s sister slammed the duchess for ignoring their father, Thomas Markle Sr.

Days before Christmas, Samantha Markle pleaded the Duchess of Sussex to reach out to their dad. She feared that this will be their father’s last Christmas and the former actress might regret it if she doesn’t take her chance to reconcile with him.

However, Markle didn’t give in to her request and continued to ignore their father. Speaking with Daily Star, Samantha expressed her disappointment after the Duchess of Sussex ghosted Markle Sr.

“It’s the time of year to reflect on how precious life is,” Samantha said.

“It is a time to remember family, especially dad who was Santa your entire life,” she added. “Even the grinch grew a heart.”

A number has been calling Markle’s attention to resolve her issues with her father. Robert Jobson also advised Markle to reconcile with her dad.

Jobson shared the pain of losing a parent and not having them back once they’re gone. He reminded the Duchess of Sussex that her father is already 74 and has heart problems. Therefore, Markle should not waste time and start resolving their issues.

Liz Jones also gave Markle the same advice. According to the journalist, Markle’s father loves her very much. However, all parents can be embarrassing sometimes.

Markle only invited her mother, Doria Ragland, and her father to her royal wedding. Unfortunately, Markle Sr. was involved in a photo scandal in the run-up of his daughter’s big day. Just days before Markle walked down the aisle, he canceled his attendance and explained that he just underwent a heart surgery and had to rest to recover fully so he had to skip her most special day.

According to an insider, Markle Sr. only faked his heart surgery because he needed to come up with a concrete excuse to not show up at the royal wedding. The source added that Markle Sr. was too embarrassed to face the royal family after receiving cash in staging his photos.

Markle’s half-sister, Samantha, took the blame. According to her, it was her idea and they only did it to improve his public image.
