Melania Trump favors the bling she received from husband Donald Trump among her extravagant jewelry collection.

The first lady of the United States owns several labels of items in her jewelry collection. However, her favorite is the engagement ring she received from her husband President Donald Trump, Express reported.

In the past years, the FLOTUS has been spotted wearing her engagement ring most of the time compared to the other items in her collection. Melania received it from the POTUS in 2004, six years after they started dating.

“The ring is blinding. I had to put sunglasses on,” one insider said.

Melania’s engagement ring from her husband reportedly cost an eye-watering amount. There were rumors that he purchased it at a discounted price but some debunked the claim.

“Donald Trump bought her a 15 carat, D Flawless, emerald cut diamond ring from Graff which would today retail for $3million which is around £2.3million,” Tobias Kormid, managing director at 77Diamonds.com, said.

“At the time, Trump hit the headlines for claiming he had enjoyed a 50 percent discount. Graff was later quoted saying, ‘We don't sell items for publicity value’.”

Melania’s engagement ring didn’t come cheap, but the POTUS wasn’t contented. Trump upgraded the size of the ring on their 10th wedding anniversary. The FLOTUS wore it in their official White House portrait and she has been inseparable with the bling.

Melania and Trump will be celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary on Wednesday. However, it remains unknown how the first couple will be celebrating the occasion. Last year, the POTUS and FLOTUS didn’t mention their marriage milestone on social media.

However, last week, Melania sparked marital feud rumors during their appearance at the NCAA College Football Championship. Many noticed Melania’s sweet smile and how her facial expression turned into a grimace when Trump reached out to hold her hand.

“First Lady Melania Trump doesn’t look too happy with the hand holding,” one netizen wrote on Twitter.

“She looks miserable with him! LOL,” another added.
