Melania Trump has been hounded with numerous controversies and become a favorite subject of criticisms since Donald Trump began his presidency in Jan. 2017. Though Melania has been working very hard with charities and causes that cater to the needs of young people, knockers continue to attack the FLOTUS, with some claiming that she is not suited for the role. Recently, Melania sparked Twitterstorm again after she shared about the latest milestone of the #BeBest campaign.

On Jan. 3, the mother of Barron Trump shared that one of her team members, Carolina Hurley, was able to raise a significant amount of money enough to build new classrooms in Chipala Primary School in Lilongwe, Malawi. The FLOTUS took to social media to announce the good news and even posted two snaps of the newly built teaching spaces on Twitter.

Avid followers of Melania Trump praised her and the entire #BeBest team for their latest accomplishment. “Many thanks, FLOTUS, we Malawians appreciate the kind gesture towards Malawi education, it's very pathetic that our politicians are failing on such important projects when they every day see pupils learning under trees. U visited the school last yr and have accomplished ur promise,” Kabila Boza Kabuka responded to the FLOTUS’s tweet. “Great leadership inspires great acts. You are doing a great job. I wish the press would give you and your staff the respect you all deserve. Remember, there are 62 million of us that love what you have been doing and we support you,” Robbie Hamilton stated.

“Thank you! First Lady. I am very happy to see this news. My husband and I donated money for health and education of Africa each year we did that in the church,” a third Twitter user wrote. “Am so thrilled that my mother had the rare opportunity of meeting you Ma'am. She's the headmistress of Chipala Primary school. You meeting my mom was like the most momentous thing that ever happened to my family. Will forever cherish that memory....” Nathan Mass said.

As per usual, critics shared nothing but hate and criticisms for Melania Trump. “Please, also ask her to produce her highly educated documentation and proof of speaking 5 languages fluently,” a fifth netizen commented. “That is a wonderful accomplishment by Carolina. So, exactly, WHEN will the wealthy Trumps do the same? I suspect Carolina is not wealthy and worked hard to raise that money for one classroom. Trumps could build ALL the rest of the classrooms needed...but they won't #BeBest,” Lori Oaktown Gal Resistance stated.

There were also some who brought up the issue of detained child migrants at the U.S. border. “Any word on the kids at the border you and the fam have separated and put into cages? That would seem a better thing to work on right now than funding one school (which no doubt is good, but doesn't reverse the awfulness happening to other kids),” Christoper Bole said. “Great. Now can she raise money to help those kids in cages get back to their families. That’d be great. #bebestmyass,” another Twitter user wrote. Melania Trump has yet to comment on these harsh remarks.

For starters, the #BeBest campaign was created to help solve some of the major personal and societal issues that most children face today. While teaching the significance of physical, emotional and social health, this crusade also encourages youngsters to do their best in their respective paths. Melania Trump’s movement concentrates on three major pillars: online safety, overall well-being, and opioid abuse.
